Are all features really included in every plan?

Yes, without exception. Invoicing, VAT, OSS/IOSS, FEC exports, compliance, expenses and banking are available from the very first plan. Plans differ only by the number of orders synced each month.

How exactly is the price calculated?

Pricing is based on your order volume. For a direct store, you pay a monthly subscription that includes an order quota, the entry-level Starter plan begins at €14/month for 100 orders.

What happens if I exceed my plan's order quota?

Your service keeps running without a cutoff. Each order beyond the quota is billed at your plan's rate and appears on your monthly invoice, and proactive alerts warn you before you reach your limit.

How does pricing work for a firm or a multi-client agency?

Firms have a dedicated pricing model: seat blocks for your staff and a volume category per client file. A client that exceeds its threshold for 3 consecutive months automatically moves up one category.

Does the free trial commit me, or do I have to choose a plan in advance?

No. The trial is free for 14 days, with no card and no plan imposed. Once your store is connected, we recommend the plan best suited to your real volume.
