Definition of the terms used in the privacy policy

Personal data: defined as any information relating to a natural person who is identified or who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to them, in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978.

Service: the service https://www.bizyness.fr and all of its content.

Publisher or We: Le Pissenlit Bleu, the legal or natural person responsible for publishing and for the content of the Service.

User or You: the internet user visiting and using the Service.

Article 1 – Introduction and role of the Privacy policy

This charter is intended to inform you of the Service’s commitments regarding respect for your privacy and the protection of the Personal data concerning you, collected and processed in connection with your use of the Service. Article 2 – Data collected on the Site

a. General data

The Data collected and subsequently processed by the Service is the data that you voluntarily provide to us by filling in the various forms present within the Service. For certain operations on the content, you may be required to transmit Data concerning you to third-party partners through their own services, more specifically during the payments you may make. We will not have access to said data, its collection and processing being governed by the conditions specific to these parties. We invite you to consult their terms and conditions before sharing your Data in this context.

Your IP address (the identification number assigned on the Internet to your computer) is collected automatically. b. Third-party data

When the User uses the synchronization service in order to connect their account to third-party services, the Service may collect the personal data belonging to these third parties. The third-party data collected is strictly limited to the features provided by the Service.

Article 4 – Purpose of the Data collected

The Data identified as mandatory on the Service’s forms is necessary in order to be able to benefit from the corresponding features of the Service, and more specifically from the operations on the content offered within it. The Service may collect and process the Data of its Users:

In order to provide you with the information or services to which you have subscribed, in particular: Access to the service as well as subscription management.
In order to gather information enabling us to improve our Service, our products and features (in particular through the use of cookies).
In order to be able to contact you about: Personalized commercial offers.

Article 5 – Recipients and use of the Data collected

The Data collected by us is processed for the purposes of carrying out operations on the content of the Service. You may receive emails from our Service, in particular as part of newsletters that you have accepted. You can ask to no longer receive these emails by contacting us at contact@bizyness.fr or via the link provided for this purpose in each of the emails sent to you.

Only Le Pissenlit Bleu is the recipient of your Personal information. It is never transmitted to a third party, notwithstanding the subcontractors used by Le Pissenlit Bleu. Neither Le Pissenlit Bleu nor its subcontractors sell the personal data of the visitors and users of its Service. Your personal data may be shared with the parties indicated below for the purposes defined in this privacy policy. We require all third parties to guarantee the security of your personal data and to process it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your data.

Article 6 – Legal bases governing the processing of data

You are informed that your Data may be disclosed in application of a law, a regulation or by virtue of a decision of a competent regulatory or judicial authority or, if necessary, for the purposes of the Publisher preserving its rights and interests. Article 8 – Data retention period

The Data is stored with the host of the Service, whose details appear in the legal notice of the Service, and is retained for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes referred to above and may not exceed 3 years in the event of user inactivity. Beyond this period, it will be permanently deleted.

Article 9 – Authorized service providers and transfer to a country outside the European Union

Le Pissenlit Bleu informs you that it uses authorized service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data you have provided to us. These service providers may be located outside the European Union and receive the data collected through the various forms present on the Service.

Le Pissenlit Bleu has first ensured that its service providers implement adequate safeguards and comply with strict conditions regarding the confidentiality, use and protection of data. In particular, attention has been paid to the existence of a legal basis for carrying out any transfer of data to a third country. In this respect, some of our service providers are subject to Binding Corporate Rules that were approved by the CNIL in 2016, while the others comply not only with Standard Contractual Clauses but also with the Privacy Shield.

The right to information: we are obliged to inform you of the way in which we use your personal data (as described in this privacy policy).
The right of access: this is your right to make a request to access the data concerning you in order to receive a copy of the personal data we hold; however, due to the obligation of security and confidentiality in the processing of personal data incumbent on Le Pissenlit Bleu, you are informed that your request will be processed subject to you providing proof of your identity, in particular by producing a scan or photocopy of your valid identity document.
The right to rectification: the right to ask us to rectify personal data concerning you that is incomplete or inaccurate. Under this right, the legislation allows you to request the rectification, updating, blocking or erasure of data concerning you that may be inaccurate, erroneous, incomplete or outdated.

You will not have to pay any fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any other right). Le Pissenlit Bleu will be entitled, where applicable, to object to requests that are manifestly abusive by their systematic, repetitive nature or their number.

We may ask you for specific information in order to confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any other right). This is a security measure to guarantee that this personal data is not disclosed to a person who is not authorized to receive it. We may also contact you to obtain more information regarding your request, in order to give you a faster response. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. If you consider that Le Pissenlit Bleu does not comply with its obligations regarding your Personal information, you can submit a complaint or a request to the competent authority.
